Is all the merchandise new or is it used or refurbished?
In general, most of our items are brand new. We do occassionally have used items which are in great shape - and a great bargain - and they are always labeled as such. Also, if we have something that is returned with some sort of modifying condition, or is actually reconditioned, it will be identified as to its condition (and usually with a special sale price).
Do products come with a warranty?
For new merchandise, the manufacturer's typical warranty applies.
Do you get new and different products in very often?
We do! Since we scour the market for fantastic deals, we find all kinds of great deals on everything from wrenches to drills to lawn mowers and plumbing or lighting.
How can you offer such great prices on major brands?
We purchase in bulk plus we have a knack for finding great bargains on blocks of new merchandise. We can also operate with lower overhead than many other sellers, and that helps keep prices low.
Can I return tools if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases with receipt, provided tools are returned in original condition.
Do you carry replacement parts for the tools you sell?
Sometimes we do have some common replacement parts for popular models (blades, batteries and the like). If there's something you need, let us know and we'll be glad to see if it's something we can get for you.
Can I shop online or only in-store?
Both! You can always browse our complete inventory at our store, and we are adding to our online offerings all the time. Watch for new deals to appear!
